Apostle Joseph Dowell has been in ministry for over 25 years. He has served in serveral different leadership capacities ranging from Licensed Minister, Assistant Pastor, Evangelist, Elder, Sunday School Superintendant, Teacher, House Group Leader, Lead Prophetic Instructor for Transformation Syracuse, and Lead Pastor at FOLKM, just to name a few. He has earned a B.A. in Ministry from Newburg Theological Seminary College of the Bible in June of 2022. His passion is seeing the body of Christ come into full maturity not only in mind, body, and spirit, but also in giftings and callings to fulfill the call of God to go into all the earth and make disciples of nations. In 2018 it was prophesied that he would start a school of ministry to prepare God's people for regional transformation.
Apostle Joe has a true heart of a father. His goal is to have all those who are trained under his leadership go farther than he ever will.
Cindi Noble serves as an ordained, five-fold ministry teacher at Fountain of Love Kingdom Ministries. Cindi has a passion for teaching on apologetics and evangelism, as well as biblical and Kingdom principles. She also enjoys helping others prepare for and fulfill their purposes in the Kingdom of God.
Cindi's heart is that every student becomes grounded and rooted in the word of God. She has a passion to see the body of Christ come into the full maturity of the only wise God: our Savior, Jesus Christ. Cindi is very prophetic and revelatory when she teaches, which make her very valuable to the Kingdom of God.

I am very excited about the Kingdom of God because it is and has always been God’s primary focus and will for all humanity!
For years I was in search of something that I felt I had lost, and I tried to find it in many other things and people.
However, I discovered that what I had lost was a Kingdom and the dominion and authority I was created to have. Now, through Jesus, I have become part of a royal family, and I am seeing the Kingdom culture begin to change my life in ways I could never have imagined! I believe that the gospel of the Kingdom will tranform the whole world, but it will only happen by first transforming the lives of people.
Heather has ministered as a prophetic evangelist since 2011, seeing many saved, healed and delivered through the power of the Holy Spirit. She has led teams to the city of Syracuse to spread the gospel of the kingdom through the power of evangelism. She has also traveled to India and Dubai, ministered prophetically and helped plant new churches. Heather also is a gifted teacher in the prophetic, deliverance, and discipleship. Her passion is to see the body of Christ become fully equipped to do the work of the ministry.
