Joseph Dowell was appointed to serve Fountain of Love Kingdom Ministries as an Apostle on October 17, 2018. Prior to that, both he and his wife, Linda, served in two other ministries for a combined 24 years. In those ministries Joseph served as an Elder and an Assistant Pastor, while Linda served as an Evangelist Missionary. In March of 2017, Joseph and Linda Dowell founded Fountain of Love Ministries, better know as FOL, where they co-pastor to this day. 

The attributes that best describe Joseph are strong preaching, leadership development, and prophetic and teaching abilities. Linda's best attributes are her God-given wisdom, a love for women's ministry, and a true heart of a mother. Both Joseph and Linda have a burning desire to lead a church like Fountain of Love Kingdom Ministries where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with family who care about the needs of those around them and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Joseph and Linda want to see the family of God reach their full potential in Christ. Their main objective is to train, equip, and release the body of Christ into their God-designed prophetic destiny to fullfill the Great Commission. 

Joseph graduated from Newburg Theological Seminary in 2022 with a B.A. in Ministry.

This ministry couple have been happily married for 30 years. They have 2 children: Anna and Donlad Jr. They also have 3 grandchildren: Taylor 15, Janelle 15, and Tyler 14, who all reside in South Carolina.

Candace Thornton was born and raised in Utica, NY. Candace currently resides in Syracuse, NY,  inspired by the leading of the Holy Spirit. Candace is a passionate worshipper and seeks to lead everyone into the presence of God through the ministry of song. 

Candace accepted Christ at the age of 12. As she has yielded to the call of the Lord, her heart has been to develop the next generation to advance the Kingdom of God.

Candace not only has a passion for the youth and worship, but in her professional career as a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), she has a passion to see individuals, couples, and families healed as well as thriving.

Pastors Leroy and Karen Hancock have been married for 3 years and have 4 grown children and 4 grandchildren. Pastor Leroy has been in ministry for 25 years serving as a deacon, trustee, and Sunday school teacher. Pastor Leroy has a call to teach the gospel. Pastor Karen has been a minister for 5 years and an ordained pastor for the past 28 years with a call of intercession, teaching, healing and deliverance. They live in Endicott, NY (Binghamton, NY, area), and will be forming and overseeing house churches in that region for the glory of God. The Hancocks are under the leadership of Apostle Joe and Pastor Linda of Fountain of Love Kingdom Ministries in Phoenix, NY.

Katharine Nellons has a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in urban education. She taught for 27 years, then was hired as a reading specialist in the Syracuse City School District to work closely with teachers to ensure they followed best practices while teaching reading.

Katharine graduated from the school of prophecy in Rochester, NY. She was trained in healing and deliverance at Believer’s Chapel in Cicero and The Healing Rooms of Syracuse, NY.

She is currently a pastor at FOLKM, operating in deliverance and spiritual warfare.

She is married and has 3 children, 8 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.

Susan is a single mom to three daughters and 13 grandchildren.

I turned to Christ at the age of 12 and at times had the experience of the Israelites as I worked out my salvation and continued to seek the Father's will in my daily living.

 Cynthia Noble has a master’s degree in English education and has taught high school for the past 24 years. She enjoys teaching writing and US History/Government and is a big fan of the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.  In addition, Cynthia serves as an ordained, five-fold ministry teacher at Fountain of Love Kingdom Ministries in Phoenix, NY, and is the director of the School of Ministry at the Northeast Kingdom Ministry Institute. Cynthia has a passion for teaching on apologetics and evangelism, as well as biblical and Kingdom principles. She also enjoys helping others to prepare for and fulfill their purposes in the Kingdom of God. Cynthia resides in Liverpool, NY, and has two grown sons whom she is very proud of—one in law enforcement in CNY and the other in the legal realm in southern California.
